WARRANTY TERMS

Skid steer loaders: Warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of the purchase.

Tracks: Warranty is valid for 12 months but common track wear is not covered.

Warranty

We are an authorized dealer but parts warranty is provided by the manufacturer. This means we do not have total control in all cases. We must gather information about defects covered by the warranty and submit it to the manufacturer for approval. Warranties cover failure of parts and equipment not damages caused by misuse.

Besides the standard warranty we want our customers to be satisfied with the machines and we will do all we can to resolve any issues. Warranty repairs are done at our location in Slovakia. Generally the manufacturer requests repairs be done at the authorized dealer. Customer is responsible for transporting equipment to our location. Warranty covers replacement of parts and labour work but it does not cover transportation expenses. Upon agrement if the repair is very simple and the transport of the machine to the dealer is too costly, the manufacturer can also send replacement parts directly to the customer for self repair with instructions. Most problems are very easy to fix.

Lead times for repairs: We do all we can to ensure lead times for warranty repairs are the shortest around. We only service the equipment that has been purchased from us. Simple repairs are often done on-site while you wait.

Returns

We advise you to be certain that the items you are buying are what you need. Do all the online research you can, watch videos on Youtube, check Facebok groups to see what our customers are saying. We are happy to help you make the decision. You can also come to our dealership to try the machines before you purchase. Every machine is quality control inspected both by the manufacturer and us. Once you make the purchase we generally do not accept the returns since there are costs associated with the purchase and used machine cannot be sold again as new.

Standard maintenance

This warranty does not cover the replacement of scheduled maintenance items such as oil, filters, and other high-wear items. Each machine comes with printed manual with maintenance instructions and recommendations for general use.

Shipping

For self shipping we are happy to assist in loading of the equipment in your vehicle or trailer. We also offer our own shipping options to most countries within the EU at additional cost. Most common and cheaper option is without unloading where you will need to unload machine yourself from the truck using the forklift and ramp. We can also book a specialized shipping where a company will unload the machine and attachments at your door.

Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the machine or the inability to use it, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of revenue or business, property damage or claims by third parties, regardless of the legal theory and even if we were notified of the possibility of such damages.
