WHY VMENG
Mini skid steer loaders are versatile, small and surprisingly powerful. They are easy to store and transport. Unlike other types of machinery such as excavators or tractors, they can easily reach narrow spaces on site or even go inside the buildings. A single operator with mini skid steer will on average replace 3-4 workers.
Hydraulic system is the most critical component of every skid steer loader. In 2000 Vmeng has started making mini skid steers and over the years we have perfected our products. Here are some reasons why our machines stand out:
SUPERIOR HYDRAULIC PERFORMANCE
Efficiency Matters: Most mini skid steers use gear pumps and motors which are known for their lower efficiency (up to 90%). This means that at least 10% of power is lost in pumps and another 10% in motors. In contrast, Vmeng machines use high-efficiency axial piston pumps and motors, achieving an impressive 98% efficiency. This results in better performance and power utilization.
Noise and Heat Reduction: Gear hydraulic components tend to be noisier and generate more heat, affecting the reliability and longevity of the hydraulic system. Axial piston systems run cooler and quieter, significantly reducing wear and maintenance costs.
Reliability: Gear components often suffer from seal failures and require frequent replacements. The axial piston components are built for durability, likely outlasting even the robust Kubota engines. This ensures our machines retain their value for a very long time.
INVESTMENT IN QUALITY
Oustanding value: Vast majority of mini skid steers use gear pumps and motors since they are 10x cheaper than axial piston parts and most customers do not realize their downsides. In our Vmeng machines we only use premium motors from Poclain and pumps from Bondioli & Pavesi and Bosch Rexroth. Our machines are not cheap but they offer a great performance, reliability and longevity.
